Part-time Library Assistant I

The Douglas Library of Hebron seeks a patron-centered, technologically savvy individual that can work independently and with others. This position requires the ability to answer questions in person, on the phone and though digital means. The Library Assistant I will need to interact with all age levels and must possess an above average understanding of library operations. Must be comfortable with MS Office and have basic database knowledge. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience preferred. Starting wage is $10.60 per hour. Nights and Saturdays a must. 10-19 hours a week.

SENIOR CENTER PROGRAM COORDINATOR

The Town of Hebron is seeking a Senior Center Program Coordinator.  This 36 hour per week position assists the Director develop, promote, initiate, supervise and otherwise conduct a broad range of group and individual activities and services to respond to the diverse needs and interests of older adults, their families and caregivers.  A complete job description is available through the Town Manager's Office or at www.hebronct.com.  Please send a letter of interest and resume to Andrew J.             Before and After School Childcare Worker

Hebron Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a Before and After School Childcare Worker to act as a positive role model and provide guidance and leadership. Under the direction of the Hebron Parks and Recreation Program Coordinator the before and after school staff is responsible for planning activities, serving snacks and interacting with children and their families. Applicants must be responsible and reliable and have a valid Connecticut driver license. All applicants must be able to pass a criminal records background check.
